• เนื้อหาที่คุณสร้าง: หัวข้อใบงาน, Prompt, และชุดข้อสอบที่คุณสร้างขึ้นด้วย AI
• ข้อมูลผลการสอบ (นักเรียน): ชื่อ (ตามที่ระบุในกระดาษคำตอบ/ระบบออนไลน์) และคะแนนสอบ เพื่อใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ผลลัพธ์ (Analytics) ให้กับคุณครู

2. ความเป็นเจ้าของข้อมูล (Data Ownership)

เราจะไม่นำข้อมูลส่วนตัวของนักเรียนไปจำหน่าย เผยแพร่ หรือใช้เพื่อการโฆษณาแก่บุคคลที่สามโดยเด็ดขาด

3. การใช้งาน AI และเทคโนโลยี

บริการของเรามีการเชื่อมต่อกับระบบปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) เพื่อช่วยในการสร้างเนื้อหา:

• การสร้างข้อสอบ: หัวข้อและคำสั่ง (Prompt) ของคุณจะถูกประมวลผลโดย AI (เช่น OpenAI, Gemini) เพื่อสร้างโจทย์ แต่ข้อมูลส่วนตัวของนักเรียนจะไม่ถูกส่งไปในกระบวนการนี้
• การตรวจข้อสอบ: ระบบประมวลผลผลคะแนนภายในเซิร์ฟเวอร์ที่มีความปลอดภัย

4. การรักษาความปลอดภัย

เราใช้มาตรการความปลอดภัยมาตรฐานอุตสาหกรรม (Encryption) ในการรับส่งและจัดเก็บข้อมูล เพื่อป้องกันการเข้าถึงโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต

5. สิทธิ์ของคุณ

คุณสามารถดำเนินการดังต่อไปนี้ได้ตลอดเวลา:

• ขอเข้าถึง หรือแก้ไขข้อมูลส่วนตัวของคุณ
• ขอลบข้อมูลบัญชีผู้ใช้และข้อมูลการสอบทั้งหมดออกจากระบบของเรา
• ยกเลิกการเชื่อมต่อบัญชี Social Login

6. การใช้คุกกี้ (Cookies)

เราใช้คุกกี้เพื่อจดจำสถานะการเข้าสู่ระบบและวิเคราะห์การใช้งานเว็บไซต์เพื่อปรับปรุงประสบการณ์ของคุณให้ดียิ่งขึ้น คุณสามารถตั้งค่าปฏิเสธคุกกี้ได้ผ่านเบราว์เซอร์ของคุณ

We strictly DO NOT sell, publish, or use student personal data for third-party advertising.

3. AI and Technology Usage

Our service integrates with Artificial Intelligence (AI) to assist in content creation:

• Exam Generation: Your topics and prompts are processed by AI (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini) to generate questions. Student personal data is NEVER sent during this process.
• Grading: Scoring is processed securely within our servers.

4. Security

We utilize industry-standard security measures (Encryption) for data transmission and storage to prevent unauthorized access.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access or modify your personal data.
• Request the deletion of your account and all associated exam data.
• Revoke Social Login permissions.

6. Cookies

We use cookies to remember your login status and analyze website usage to improve your experience. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.
