("ผู้ใช้") ยอมรับข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขเหล่านี้ โปรดอ่านอย่างละเอียดก่อนเริ่มต้นใช้งาน
1. ขอบเขตการให้บริการ
BoxMerZ ให้บริการเครื่องมือสร้างสื่อการสอนและตรวจข้อสอบด้วยระบบปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI)
เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกแก่ครูและผู้ปกครอง
ข้อจำกัดของ AI:
แม้เราจะพยายามฝึกฝน AI ให้แม่นยำตามหลักสูตรแกนกลางฯ แต่ความผิดพลาดอาจเกิดขึ้นได้
ผู้ใช้ (คุณครู) จำเป็นต้องตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเนื้อหา (Verify)
ก่อนนำไปใช้สอนหรือวัดผลจริงเสมอ
2. บัญชีผู้ใช้งาน (User Account)
- ผู้ใช้ต้องให้ข้อมูลที่เป็นความจริงในการลงทะเบียน
- 1 บัญชี ต่อ 1 ผู้ใช้งาน: ไม่อนุญาตให้แชร์บัญชี (Account Sharing)
โดยเฉพาะบัญชี Pro หากตรวจสอบพบ ระบบอาจระงับการใช้งานชั่วคราว
- ผู้ใช้ต้องเก็บรักษาความลับของรหัสผ่าน และรับผิดชอบต่อกิจกรรมที่เกิดขึ้นภายใต้บัญชีของตน
3. ลิขสิทธิ์และความเป็นเจ้าของ (Intellectual Property)
- แพลตฟอร์ม: โค้ด, โลโก้, และระบบการทำงานของ BoxMerZ เป็นลิขสิทธิ์ของ
BoxMerZ
- ผลงานที่สร้างขึ้น (Generated Content): ใบงาน
หรือข้อสอบที่คุณสร้างขึ้นผ่านระบบของเรา และทำการ Export ออกไปแล้ว
ถือเป็นกรรมสิทธิ์ของคุณ คุณสามารถนำไปใช้ในการเรียนการสอน, ทำผลงานวิชาการ (วPA),
หรือจำหน่ายได้ (ตามกฎหมายลิขสิทธิ์ทั่วไป)
4. การชำระเงินและการยกเลิก (Pro Plan)
- บริการ Pro Teacher เป็นแบบสมัครสมาชิก (Subscription) ต่ออายุอัตโนมัติ (รายเดือน/รายปี)
- คุณสามารถกดยกเลิกการต่ออายุได้ตลอดเวลาผ่านหน้า Dashboard
- ทางเราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการไม่คืนเงิน (No Refund) สำหรับระยะเวลาที่เหลือในรอบบิลปัจจุบัน
เว้นแต่เกิดจากความผิดพลาดของระบบ
5. ข้อห้ามในการใช้งาน (Prohibited Acts)
ห้ามมิให้ผู้ใช้งาน:
- ใช้ระบบเพื่อสร้างเนื้อหาที่ผิดกฎหมาย, ลามกอนาจาร, หรือสร้างความเกลียดชัง
- พยายามเจาะระบบ (Hacking), ขูดข้อมูล (Scraping), หรือก่อกวนการทำงานของ Server
- นำเข้าข้อมูลส่วนตัวของนักเรียนที่ละเมิด PDPA โดยเจตนา
6. การจำกัดความรับผิด
BoxMerZ จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายใดๆ ที่เกิดจากการนำเนื้อหาที่ AI
สร้างขึ้นไปใช้โดยไม่ตรวจสอบ
หรือความเสียหายจากการที่ระบบหยุดให้บริการชั่วคราวเพื่อปรับปรุงระบบ
นโยบายการใช้งานอย่างเป็นธรรม (Fair Usage Policy)
เพื่อรักษาคุณภาพการให้บริการและความเสถียรของระบบสำหรับผู้ใช้งานทุกคน
(โดยเฉพาะแพ็กเกจ Pro ที่ใช้งานได้ไม่จำกัด)
BoxMerZ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการบังคับใช้นโยบายดังต่อไปนี้
คำว่า "ไม่จำกัด" ในแพ็กเกจ Pro หมายถึงการใช้งานโดยมนุษย์ตามปกติ
(Human Usage) เพื่อการเรียนการสอน การเตรียมสอบ
หรือการทำผลงานทางวิชาการส่วนบุคคล
การกระทำที่ถือว่าผิดนโยบาย:
- การใช้โปรแกรมอัตโนมัติ (Bots/Scripts)
ยิงคำสั่งสร้างข้อสอบรัวๆ
- การรับจ้างผลิตสื่อการสอนในปริมาณมหาศาล (Commercial Mass
Production) ที่เกินวิสัยของครู 1 ท่าน
เนื่องจากเทคโนโลยีการสร้างรูปภาพ (Image Generation)
มีต้นทุนการประมวลผลสูง เราจึงขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการจำกัดความเร็ว
หรือระงับการสร้างรูปภาพชั่วคราว หากตรวจพบการใช้งานที่สูงผิดปกติ
ดังนี้:
- Soft Cap: หากท่านสร้างรูปภาพเกิน
100 รูป/เดือน
ระบบอาจลดความเร็วในการประมวลผลลง
- Hard Cap: หากเกิน 200
รูป/เดือน
ฟังก์ชันสร้างรูปภาพอาจถูกระงับจนกว่าจะถึงรอบบิลถัดไป
(แต่ยังสร้างข้อสอบแบบข้อความได้ปกติ)
*โควต้านี้เพียงพอสำหรับการสร้างข้อสอบที่มีภาพประกอบประมาณ
15-20 ชุดต่อเดือน ซึ่งครอบคลุมการใช้งานของครูทั่วไป
สิทธิ์การใช้งาน Pro Teacher เป็นแบบ
"1 บัญชี ต่อ 1
ผู้ใช้งานจริง" (Named User License)
- ไม่อนุญาตให้นำบัญชีไปแชร์ใช้ร่วมกันทั้งหมวดสาระ
หรือทั้งโรงเรียน
- ระบบมีมาตรการตรวจสอบการเข้าใช้งานพร้อมกัน (Concurrent Login)
จากหลายสถานที่ หากตรวจสอบพบ
ระบบขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการระงับบัญชีชั่วคราวเพื่อความปลอดภัย

Welcome to BoxMerZ. By accessing or using our website and services, you
agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Scope
BoxMerZ provides AI-powered tools for generating educational worksheets and grading exams to
assist teachers and parents.
AI Disclaimer: While we
strive for accuracy according to the curriculum, AI generation may contain errors.
Users (Teachers) must verify all content before using it in a classroom or for
grading.
2. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information during registration.
- Single User Policy: Accounts are non-transferable. Sharing Pro accounts
is prohibited and may result in suspension.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Intellectual Property
- Platform: The BoxMerZ interface, code, and branding are owned by us.
- Generated Content: Worksheets and exams you create and export belong
to you. You are free to use them for teaching, academic portfolios, or
distribution as per applicable copyright laws.
4. Payments & Cancellation
- Pro Teacher plans are auto-renewing subscriptions (Monthly/Yearly).
- You can cancel auto-renewal at any time via your Dashboard.
- Payments are generally non-refundable, except in cases of technical billing errors.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users agree NOT to:
- Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
- Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt our services.
- Intentionally upload student data in violation of privacy laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
BoxMerZ is not liable for any damages arising from the use of unverified AI-generated content
or temporary service interruptions.
Fair Usage Policy (FUP)
To ensure service quality, stability, and equal access for all users (especially
for Unlimited Pro plans),
BoxMerZ reserves the right to enforce the following Fair Usage Policy:
The term "Unlimited" in the Pro Plan refers to
normal human
usage patterns for personal teaching, exam preparation,
or academic portfolio creation.
The following activities are prohibited:
- Using automated scripts, bots, or any non-human method to
generate content.
- Commercial mass production or reselling of content at a
scale exceeding reasonable individual teacher usage.
Due to the high computational cost of AI Image Generation, we
reserve the right to throttle processing speeds or temporarily
suspend this specific feature if abnormal usage is detected:
- Soft Cap: Exceeding 100
images/month may result in lower generation
priority (slower speeds).
- Hard Cap: Exceeding 200
images/month may result in the suspension of
image generation features until the next billing cycle (Text
generation will remain active).
*This quota is sufficient for creating
approximately 15-20 full exam sets with images per month,
covering typical teacher needs.
The Pro Teacher license is a strictly
"Named User
License" (1 Account per 1 Real User).
- Sharing credentials across a department or an entire school
is strictly prohibited.
- Our system monitors concurrent logins from multiple
locations. Detected account sharing may result in temporary
account suspension for security verification.
